Overgate Hospice
Overgate Hospice cares for people across Calderdale living with a life-limiting illness, and for the families around them. Every bit of that care is free to the people who need it, and most of it is paid for by the community. This year that community includes us. Every quiz night, every sponsored mile and every donated poster site goes towards keeping those doors open.
Fire Walk for Overgate
Barefoot, across glowing embers, in front of everyone. Allow about two and a half hours including the briefing. There's food, music and face painting on the night, and everyone who walks gets a certificate to prove it. We're raising £15,000 towards a specialist cuddle bed for Overgate's new inpatient unit.
