We’re proud to share that Outdo has been shortlisted for Excellence in Transformational Change through Technology at the Yorkshire Excellence in HR Awards 2026.
The recognition reflects a company-wide commitment to embracing AI and using technology to make a meaningful difference to the way we work.
Over the past twelve months, colleagues from across Outdo have taken part in our AI literacy programme, regardless of their role, experience or starting point. By giving everyone the opportunity to build their confidence and explore how AI can support their work, we’ve created practical improvements across the business.
The impact is already being felt:
- More time for what matters: AI is helping to take care of repetitive tasks, giving our teams more time to focus on clients, collaboration and higher-value work.
- Faster, better ways of working: We’ve improved response times to enquiries, accelerated client mock-ups and developed a new install operations app.
- Recognition for our people: Dan Brennan was named Yorkshire Tech Professional of the Year 2026, recognising his role in driving our approach forward.
Being shortlisted is a fantastic recognition of what can happen when technology is combined with a culture that encourages people to learn, experiment and improve together.
Curious, supportive and always improving. That’s Outdo.
