Your account manager will be in touch with you prior to the end of your contract, to discuss renewal. If you do not renew, your advertising will be removed after your expiry date.
Please email transportoperations@outdo.co.uk and we will track your bus to ensure it is still operating as planned.
Annual maintenance of vehicles is built into our rates (2 weeks for buses and 1 month for ferries), however, if the vehicle is off service for any longer, we will extend your booking to ensure you don’t lose any display.

We regularly check and maintain all our adverts and will reprint any adverts which become damaged. If you see any damages before us, please contact transportoperations@outdo.co.uk and if possible, provide photos. We will review the issue and advise of the next steps and the timeline to get your advert back up to standard.
